VTU commit itself to act in an ethical and socially responsible manner, based on the United Nations Global Compact, which VTU is a member of. This approach shall serve to safeguard and positively shape not only our own future, but that of all stakeholders in the company, including employees, owners and managers, but also customers and suppliers.
The compliance process is supervised and steered by the VTU Head of Compliance, Konrad Schaefer.
To outline our approach, we have created a Code of Conduct that will guide VTU employees and describes our expectations regarding behavior and ethics.

We also want to ensure our principles along our value chain. Therefore, a Supplier Code of Conduct which we expect our suppliers to uphold when working with VTU.

At VTU, we embrace a culture of open communication, internally and externally. We want to keep this culture alive and strongly encourage all stakeholders to raise concerns openly at any time - preferably in a personal conversation or via e-mail.
If a report should be made anonymously, stakeholders (including external stakeholders such as suppliers) can use the VTU Compliance Line, operated by an external company.
