As of July 2024, VTU Austria Managing Director Thomas Miklautsch has taken the role of Managing Director at VTU Design Solutions. He succeeds Klaus Steinberger, who went into his well-deserved retirement after 18 years in this position.
Thomas Miklautsch has over 20 years of experience within VTU Group, having held various roles and leadership positions. In 2022, he assumed the role of Managing Director of VTU Austria.
“It fills me with great pride to have always been a member of the strong VTU team, and I look forward to my new responsibilities at VTU Design Solutions. Together with the existing team, I aim to further expand our range of services, to continue and deepen long-standing customer relationships, and to attract new target groups,” said Thomas Miklautsch.
In 2019, VTU Design Solutions, formerly RED Engineering, became part of the international VTU Group. Since October 2021, the planning company founded in 2006 has also carried VTU’s name as an integral part of the group. As VTU Design Solutions, the scope of activities ranges from plant design to installation coordination. VTU Design Solutions offers state-of-the-art 3D planning combined with comprehensive detailed knowledge from plant construction practice.
