With 1,200 employees, the VTU Group is engineering and planning productions facilities with a focus on life sciences, sustainability and digitization. The industry expert Thomas Miklautsch will take over one of the managing director position in the largest affiliates of the international VTU Group in October 2022. Together with Dr. Robert Wutti, he will be responsible for the further develop VTU Engineering in Austria.
Thomas Miklautsch has more than 20 years of experience in the VTU Group, where he held various functions and management positions. His extensive knowledge in large-scale project management (EPCMv) provides a perfect foundation for the role of Managing Director of VTU Engineering in Austria. He takes over the position a growing company and strong team from Alexander Asbäck, who has been Chief Operating Officer of the Group since April 2022. A key focus of Thomas Miklautsch will be the continuous expansion of the life sciences business and the further development of the key areas in order to create added value for the company's customers.
