Industry expert Franz Jesche has taken over one of the managing directors positions at VTU Engineering, the largest affiliate of the international VTU Group. VTU is an international technology and engineering service provider for the life sciences and chemical industries with focus on sustainability and digitalization. Together with Thomas Miklautsch and Robert Wutti, Franz Jesche will lead the company and work on VTU’s further successful development. Robert Wutti will remain with VTU until the end of February 2024 and, after 29 years, will hand over his duties as Managing Director to Franz Jesche.
Franz Jesche, graduate of electrical engineering, power engineering and automation technology from the Technical University in Graz/Austria, has many years of experience in plant construction all over the world and has built up a large network during this time.
His career started at the Austrian branch of Mauell, which he headed as managing director for almost 10 years. At his next career step, he held several positions in Key Account Management at Siemens Austria, before moving to the Siemens headquarters in Erlangen/Germany, where he worked in the global onshore area of the Oil & Gas Business Unit. In the next steps, Franz Jesche took over the position of Managing Director at Yokogawa before moving on to Christof Industries as Director Corporate Sales.
